We helped Spice Lounge dramatically increase their online sales on their website over the course of 3 months using a combination of social media, email marketing and whatsapp campaigns.
The goal: grow takeaway orders!
Here’s what we did:
- We targeted everyone that lives in the postcode areas they deliver to and got them to sign up to a special ‘new customer offer’.
- We contacted old customers on their database who hadn’t ordered for a long time and sent them personalised offers - this lead to a massive uptake!
- We continually promoted the restaurant to all their customers.
To achieve these results we spent just £406.80 on Facebook and Instagram adverts over a 3 month period (that’s just £135.60 a month!) and a similar amount on emails and whatsapp messages to customers – not bad for increasing their weekly orders by 300%!
